Dispatch lets you build AI agents that talk to people on your behalf: answering questions about your business, showing them the right file at the right time, and staying on topic. You describe what the agent should do, give it your knowledge, try it in the Playground, and then go live.

What an agent can do

Answer from your knowledge. Upload documents and write FAQs. The agent searches them whenever someone asks something they cover, so answers stay accurate to your business.
Show files. Share images and PDFs, such as a payment QR code, photos of your place or your menu, and the agent shows them in the conversation when they help.
Follow your rules. Give it a purpose, detailed instructions, a tone and guardrails that keep it focused.
Reach people where they are. Once live, the agent answers through the API and an embedded chat window on your website. More channels are coming.
