Processing fees
The processing fee added to every credit reload.
Paddle, our payment processor, charges Dispatch a fee on every payment. For plan payments, Dispatch covers that fee. Credit reloads include a processing fee, as described below.
Every credit reload includes a processing fee of 7% + $0.55, on every plan, Flexible included. The fee is added on top of the credits, so the full amount you reload is added to your balance.
Plans themselves never carry the fee. Tax is calculated by Paddle and added at checkout.
