Getting Started
Create your first agent, teach it about your business and put it live, in a few minutes.
Sign in
Go to app.rundispatch.ai and sign in. You land on Agents, the list of every agent in your workspace.
Create an agent
Create an agent and answer What should your custom agent do? in a sentence or two. Dispatch drafts the agent's name, purpose and instructions from your answer. You can also Use a template or Create blank.
Give it knowledge
Open the agent's editor and go to Tools & Knowledge. Upload Knowledge Files (PDFs and images) and add Frequently Asked Questions. The agent searches them when it answers.
Try it in the Playground
Chat with the agent in the Playground. Changes apply as soon as you click Save in the editor, so you can adjust its instructions and try again without leaving the page.
Go live
When you're happy with it, click Go Live, review the agent's channels, and click Save and Go Live. The agent now answers on its channels, like the API and your website's chat window.
