How included and extra minutes pay for the time your agents spend working.
Usage minutes pay for the time your agents spend working, counted by the second. Every workspace has two kinds.
Included minutes
Your plan includes a set number of minutes each billing period: 5,000 on Basic, 20,000 on Pro and 40,000 on Agency. They are always used first, and they reset to the full amount when your plan renews. Unused included minutes don't carry over. Flexible has no included minutes.
Extra minutes
Extra minutes cover usage beyond your included minutes. They are only used once your included minutes run out, and they never expire, so any you have left carry over to the next period.
Extra minutes come from auto-reload. When your remaining minutes run low, auto-reload charges your saved payment method $5, processing fee included, and adds 1,000 extra minutes. It reloads when 120 minutes are left, or 1% of your plan's included minutes if that is more. You can turn auto-reload on or off in Billing, and cap how many times it reloads each month.
On Flexible, all of your minutes are extra minutes, so auto-reload needs to be on for your agents to run.
